Sandeep Gupta has over 25 years of extensive experience in supply chain management and business development, currently serving as the Business Head at Motherson Group since January 2007, where a significant increase in the Wiring Harness Division turnover from INR 500 crore to INR 6000 crore was achieved. Prior to this role, Sandeep held positions including General Manager of Materials at Lloyd Electric & Engineering Ltd, Senior Manager of Purchase and Planning at Daikin Airconditioning India Pvt. Ltd., and Manager of Vendor Development at Jay Yushin Ltd. Earlier career milestones also include Deputy Manager for Materials at ELECTROLUX Maharaja International Ltd. and Manager of Product Development at Calcom Vision Ltd. Sandeep Gupta possesses an MBA from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur.
