Silvandre Carron

Silvandre Carron has a diverse work experience in the field of purchasing and supply chain management. Silvandre currently serves as the Purchasing & Supply Chain Director at Motherson Group, where they are responsible for ensuring adherence to procedures and standards, managing cost and delivery performance, optimizing resource utilization, and leading problem-solving activities. Prior to this, they worked as a General Manager and Purchasing Director in different companies, including TISCIRCUITS and Novares Group. Silvandre also has experience as a Senior Supply Chain Consultant at KLB Group and as a Purchasing Controller and Buyer at Valeo. Silvandre Carron started their career as an e-Procurement Trainee at Rhodia. Throughout their career, they have achieved significant results, including meeting objectives for direct and indirect material as a member of the plant Steering Committee.

Silvandre Carron attended Esdes Business School from 1999 to 2002, where they studied Business Administration and Management. In 2000 to 2001, they also studied Business Administration and Management at the University of Sunderland.
