Vinay Arora

Vinay Arora is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as COO at Motherson Group since November 2017. Prior to this role, Vinay held leadership positions, including MD & CEO at the Automotive Startup GOI Initiative and Special Advisor & India Incharge at Architecture + Community Design Team USA, both in 2017. Vinay's tenure at Hero MotoCorp Ltd from 1997 to 2017 encompassed various roles, culminating as Head of Infrastructure & DGM Projects, where responsibilities included overseeing infrastructure creation, project planning, and capital investment across multiple plant expansions. Vinay's career began at Hero Honda Motors Ltd, progressing from Engineer to managerial roles while contributing to significant production engineering and plant expansion projects. Vinay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Production & Industrial Engineering from Jai Narain Vyas University.
