Pankaj Tripathi

Pankaj Tripathi is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Associate Vice President & Head GBS India at Motherson Technology Services since May 2024, leading a team of over 250 in optimizing Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, and Record to Report processes. Previously, Pankaj held the position of Director - Commercial Administration at BSH Home Appliances Group, where strategic financial leadership was provided for commercial operations. Prior experience includes roles at Bayer Crop Science as Manager - Zonal Finance & Accounting, and Whirlpool of India Ltd. in Credit & Commercial. Pankaj began a career in finance at Siemens as a Commercial Executive and as a Management Trainee at PwC.
