Rachna Srivastava

Rachna Srivastava has had a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Rachna is currently the Vice President & Head of Human Resources at Motherson Technology Services since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at HCL Technologies from 2007 to 2021, holding various positions including Deputy General Manager, Associate General Manager, Group Manager, Senior Manager, Manager, and Deputy Manager. Before joining HCL Technologies, Rachna worked at iGATE Global Solutions as a Team Lead from 2005 to 2007, where they specialized in people management and served as an investment portfolio consultant and loan associate. Rachna began their career in 2004 at I-Energizer as a Sr. Executive, responsible for handling processes for Dell. Their responsibilities included outbound call planning and scheduling, coordination with supervisors for improving the collection process, and ensuring quality compliance.

Rachna Srivastava's education history includes completing an executive program in Leadership skills for Top Management at the Indian School of Business in 2016. Rachna also earned an MBA in HR from the Management School (Symbiosis) from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, Rachna obtained a BBA in Finance and YHR from EMPI Business School from 1995 to 1998.
