Dan Walker

Dan Walker is a seasoned product manager with extensive experience in digital pathology and spatial biology. Currently serving as the Product Manager for Pathology at Motic Digital Pathology since February 2022, Dan leads the development of an open-source platform aimed at enhancing patient care. Prior to this role, Dan was the Product Marketing Manager at 10x Genomics, focusing on spatial multiomic products, and at Akoya Biosciences, where Dan led efforts to mainstream spatial biology through innovative instrumentation. With a background in product management and strong expertise in quantitative pathology instruments from PerkinElmer, Dan has also held significant roles at Leica Biosystems and Aperio, contributing to technological advancements and research initiatives in the field. Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interactive Technology and Photography from Salve Regina University.
