Jon McGill

Jon McGill is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. As the Director of Engineering and Maintenance at Motif Labs since January 2022, Jon has demonstrated leadership in overseeing engineering operations. Prior to this, Jon served as the Industrial Engineering Manager at High Park Company and held engineering positions at Carmeuse North America, 6N Silicon (Division of Calisolar), UBE Automotive North America, and Cymat Corp. Jon earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Western University between 1996 and 2000.
