Mario Naric

Mario Naric serves as the CEO and Founder of Motif Labs since February 2017 and holds a similar position at BOXHOT since May 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Technical Contact Engineer and Technical Improvement Engineer at Imperial Oil (February 2016 - January 2018) and as an Associate at The Boston Consulting Group (August 2015 - October 2015). Mario also worked in process design at Imperial Oil (May 2013 - August 2014) and completed a research and development internship at NERCDT in China, where an environmentally friendly composite solvent was developed to enhance oil extraction efficiency from oil sands by 20%. Mario’s professional journey began as an Enumerator at Statistics Canada (May 2010 - September 2010). Mario Naric holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Western University.
