Michelle Riconscente

Michelle Riconscente is an experienced professional with a diverse background in strategy, operations, and educational psychology. Michelle has held various leadership positions, including Chief Strategy and Operating Officer at Motimatic, where they led strategy and execution across different departments and played a key role in driving revenue growth and process improvements. Additionally, they served as Chief Operating Officer and interim CEO at Motimatic. Michelle has also founded their own company, Designs for Learning, Inc., and has held positions at LRNG/GlassLab, New York University, New York Hall of Science, and the Rossier School of Education at the University of Southern California.

Michelle Riconscente holds a Bachelor's degree in Math-Physics from Brown University. Michelle then pursued further studies and obtained a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from the University of Maryland.
