Adeel Ahmad

Adeel Ahmad, CPA, CMA has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Adeel began their career at TJX Canada/Winners Merchants International L.P. where they worked as a Financial Reporting Analyst and later as a Senior Financial Planning Analyst. In these roles, they led the preparation of annual and strategic financial plans and analyzed and presented financial statements. Adeel then moved on to Bell, where they served as the Manager of Finance Forecasting and Planning. Here, they managed the financial forecasting process for wireless monthly forecasts and full-year budget, and also supervised and mentored other team members. Following this, they worked at SkyRegional as the Finance Operations Manager, where they gained experience in managing finance operations. Currently, they are working at Motion Specialties Inc as the Director of Finance, overseeing the operational finance team responsible for regional and location P&Ls, budgeting, cash forecasting, and business analysis.

Adeel Ahmad, CPA, CMA has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Brock University, which they obtained from 2003 to 2007. Adeel also completed a program in Accounting and Finance from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) from 2007 to 2009. In 2017 to 2018, they pursued a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the Schulich School of Business - York University.
