Kirsten DeLay has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Kirsten is currently the Vice President of Customer Experience at Motion Composites since 2021. Prior to this, they were the Principal at KMD Strategic Management Solutions, LLC from 2018 to 2020, where they offered guidance to companies to maximize their people, process, and efficiencies.

Before that, Kirsten served as the Chief Operating Officer at Revolutions, Inc. from 2015 to 2017, and as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Merchandising from 2012 to 2015. Kirsten also worked at Pride Mobility Products Corporation where they held multiple positions including Executive Vice President of Sales Management and Operational Planning from 2010 to 2012, Senior Vice President of Sales Management and Operational Planning from 2005 to 2010, and Vice President of Sales Management from 2001 to 2005.

Kirsten'searlier roles at Pride Mobility Products Corporation include General Manager of Sales from 1999 to 2001, Sales Coordinator from 1998 to 1998, and Assistant Inside Sales Manager from 1997 to 1997.

Kirsten DeLay completed their high school education at Scranton Preparatory School from 1984 to 1988. Kirsten then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Scranton, graduating in 1992.
