Yannick Chabanne

Yannick Chabanne is an experienced professional currently serving as Gestionnaire du changement at Motion Composites since February 2012, where responsibilities include managing stakeholder engagement during company changes, coordinating ERP integration, and facilitating departmental collaboration for production improvement projects. Previously, Yannick held the position of Ingénieur-Concepteur junior with Éclipse, la Voiture Solaire de l'ÉTS, contributing to the design and fabrication of two solar cars that competed in the World Solar Challenge in 2009 and 2011. Additional experience includes engineering consultancy at Dassault Falcon Jet and internships at Mueller Canada and RONA. Yannick holds a Baccalauréat in Génie Mécanique from École de technologie supérieure, obtained in 2011.
