Bahram Sameti

Bahram Sameti has a diverse work experience in the field of innovation, technology, and project management. Bahram started their career in 1998 as a Senior R&D Engineer at Motion Metrics International Corp, where they focused on designing and developing vision algorithms for an embedded system used in mining shovel fault detection. In 2000, they joined Braintech, Inc. as a Project Manager, overseeing various projects until 2009. At Neurobehavioral Research Inc, they served as a Principal Engineer from 2009 to 2011. Bahram then worked at Motion Metrics as a Senior Project Manager from 2012 to 2014, followed by the role of R&D Director from 2014 to 2019. Currently, they serve as the VP of Innovation & Technology at Motion Metrics. In 2011, they briefly worked as a Project Manager - Imaging Consultant. Bahram Sameti's expertise lies in innovation, technology, project management, and research and development.

Bahram Sameti holds a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The University of British Columbia, which they obtained from 1994 to 1999. Prior to that, they earned a M.A.Sc in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo between 1992 and 1994. Bahram completed their B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering at Sharif University of Technology from 1984 to 1989. Additionally, Bahram Sameti has certifications as a ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance obtained in 2016 and as a PMP from the Project Management Institute obtained in 2009.
