Belinda Lui serves as the President and Managing Director for the Asia-Pacific region at the Motion Picture Association since January 2020, focusing on advancing the commercial and creative interests of screen communities in the digital landscape. Prior to this role, Belinda was the Vice President of International Relations & Public Policy at AT&T, where responsibilities included managing government affairs for Asia-Pacific and addressing cybersecurity and technology issues following the merger with Time Warner. Belinda's experience also includes serving as Managing Director of Asia-Pacific Public Policy at WarnerMedia, where strategic business objectives were prioritized, and as Deputy Director of Legal and Corporate Affairs at Microsoft Hong Kong, handling government relations and IP policy. Belinda commenced their career as a Solicitor at Baker McKenzie after earning a Bachelor of Laws degree with honors from the University of Technology Sydney.
