Hap Rigby

Hap Rigby is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in federal affairs and public policy. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Federal Affairs at the Motion Picture Association since January 2023, Rigby previously held the position of Senior Policy Advisor at Wiley Rein LLP from February 2017 to January 2023. Additionally, Rigby spent over a decade at the United States Senate as Professional Staff from February 2005 to February 2017. Rigby holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina.
