Mary Palmer

Mary Palmer began their work experience in 1979 as a Senior Accountant at KPMG. Mary then moved on to Hanna Barbera Productions in 1981, where they worked as the Director of Accounting/Controller until 1993. From 1993 to 2019, Mary held the position of Director of Ancillary Reporting at the Motion Picture Association. In January 2020, they were promoted to the role of VP of Accounting at the same company, where they continue to work.

Mary Palmer holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Accounting from California State University, Northridge. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications, including "Communicating Across Cultures," "Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues," "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences," "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging," "Skills for Inclusive Conversations," and "Unconscious Bias." These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn, with the most recent one being in January 2021.
