Cathy Repola

Cathy Repola possesses extensive experience in leadership roles within the motion picture industry. Currently serving as the Director of the Board of Directors for Motion Picture Industry Pension & Health Plans since June 2023, Cathy has held multiple significant positions with the Motion Picture Editors Guild since November 1992, including National Executive Director, Western Executive Director, and Assistant Executive Director. Additionally, Cathy is a member of the Board of Directors for Film L.A Inc since January 2016 and contributed as a Committee Member for Time’s Up Women’s Production Group from October 2018 to July 2023. Previous experience includes serving as a Board Member for Wise & Healthy Aging between January 2019 and December 2020, Director of MPI Plans Board of Directors from July 2017 to October 2018, and Chair of the IATSE Women's Committee from June 2015 to July 2018.
