Samantha Wilson

Samantha Wilson is an experienced Union Story Analyst and Script Reader at the Motion Picture Editors Guild since September 2014, specializing in coverage for screenplays, television pilots, books, graphic novels, and plays. With a strong focus on fostering unique and diverse voices in storytelling, Samantha has also evaluated scripts for high-profile screenwriting competitions and provided private consulting for writers and independent filmmakers. Previous experience includes serving as a JHRTS Board Member for the Hollywood Radio & Television Society, where responsibilities encompassed networking and event coordination, as well as working as a Story Analyst for Netflix, assessing scripts and writing samples for Original Features and Series teams. Earlier in the career, Samantha contributed as an Executive Assistant at SDB Partners, Inc., supporting partners in a dynamic environment. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from DePaul University.
