Caroline Kehoe

Caroline Kegerreis is an experienced Senior Manager in Talent Services at Motion Recruitment, where employment began in September 2014. At Motion Recruitment, which specializes in IT staffing solutions across North America, Caroline has held various roles including Manager, Lead Technical Recruiter, and Technical Recruiter, contributing to a successful recruitment model for both startups and enterprise clients. Prior to this, Caroline worked as an Assistant Trainer and Barn Manager at Quiet Victory Farm, LLC from May 2012 to August 2014. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Spanish from The College of New Jersey, obtained in 2012, and is a graduate of Neshaminy High School, class of 2008.
