Alina Corujan

Alina Corujan is a seasoned compensation professional with extensive experience in designing and implementing compensation programs across various industries. Currently serving as the Principal Compensation Partner at Motional since September 2024, Alina previously held the role of Compensation Director at ZOLL Medical Corporation, where significant contributions included the implementation of the company's first job architecture for 7,000 employees globally and the development of a merit cycle in Workday. Prior experience includes a Senior Compensation Consultant position at Markforged, where Alina managed global compensation programs and advised senior leaders, and a Compensation Manager role at Brown Rudnick LLP, overseeing payroll staff and managing compensation processes during the COVID-19 pandemic. Alina's earlier career includes analytical roles at U.S. Silica Company, MicroStrategy, Parsons Brinckerhoff, JPMorgan Chase, and BNP Paribas Investment Partners. Alina holds a Master's degree in Finance from Ichec Brussels Management School.
