Ishraq Bhuiyan

Ishraq Bhuiyan is a Machine Learning Engineer specializing in motion planning research at Motional since July 2022, contributing to the Behavior Prediction and ML Planning Team. Prior to this role, Ishraq worked as a Research Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University's Surgical Mechatronics Lab and CERLAB from March 2018 to July 2022, and completed a Robotics Engineering Internship at Near Earth Autonomy from June to August 2020. Ishraq holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Robotics and Controls from Carnegie Mellon University, earned in December 2022, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution, completed in May 2022.
