Claudia Barcelata-Sofia, PMP

Claudia Barcelata-Sofia has extensive work experience in various roles within the localization industry. Claudia began their career in 2009 at MotionPoint, where they initially worked as a Localization Account Manager before moving on to become a Site Localization Manager (Redesigns) in 2011. In 2018, they took on the role of Localization IC Manager and later became a Customer Onboarding Specialist (Localization Project Manager) in 2020. Currently, Claudia holds the position of Senior Customer Onboarding Specialist at MotionPoint, joining the company in February 2021. Prior to their time at MotionPoint, they worked at Asociación Periodística Síntesis as an Asesor de Marketing Político Estratégico from 2004 to 2005. Claudia also has experience as a Sales Administrator at Volvo Car Corporation in 2004.

Claudia Barcelata-Sofia, PMP obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences from Universidad de las Américas Puebla. Claudia completed their degree program from 1998 to 2004. In addition to their educational background, they also obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in July 2021.
