Arturo Mendoza-Caro is an Operations Executive with extensive experience in manufacturing and program management across various industries, including automotive and plastics. Current role as Manufacturing Manager at Motiv Power Systems began in December 2021. Previously, Arturo held key positions at KERN-LIEBERS USA as Operations Manager, and Montaplast of North America as New Program Manager and Director of Program Management, focusing on new plant installations and customer programs. In the Ford Motor Company and JMC-China Joint Venture, leadership roles included Manufacturing Vice President and Program Director, overseeing operations and the launch of new engine plants. Arturo's career started at the Changan-Ford-Mazda Joint Venture and Ford Motor Company, with achievements that include acquiring the first certified black belt, enhancing quality performance. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and a Black Belt Sigma from Instituto Tecnologico de Chihuahua.
