Wilbert Renkema

Wilbert Renkema has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Wilbert began their career at Atos-Origin in 1998 as an SAP Consultant, working with clients in various industries. In 2001, they joined IBM Global Services as a Siebel Consultant and later became a Service Manager for outsourcing projects. From 2009 to 2016, Wilbert worked at METRI, initially as a Director Consulting and later as Director Sourcing, where they led client projects and developed mediation approaches in IT client-vendor relationships. Since 2016, they have held multiple roles at Motiv ICT Security, including COO/Director Operations and Program Management/Client Director. In addition, Wilbert also founded their own consultancy called BeSteps, where they provide IT business alignment consulting and coaching services. Overall, Wilbert has demonstrated expertise in IT project management, business development, and consulting across different sectors.
