Juliet Eichberg

Juliet Eichberg is the Director of Human Resources and Facilities at Motiv Power Systems. Juliet has over fifteen years of experience in human resources and has worked in a variety of industries including hospitality, finance, and education.

Juliet began their career as a Finance Administrative Assistant at RSSB in November 2002. In September 2006, they transitioned to The Roosevelt Hotel where they worked as an HR Administrative Assistant for nearly a year. Juliet then became a contract employee with Perfect Timing Personnel Services and worked as an HR Generalist for Sonic Solutions before joining Follett Higher Education Group in August 2015.

At Follett, Juliet served as a Senior HR Generalist for over a year before being promoted to their current position at Motiv Power Systems in September 2016. In their current role, Juliet is responsible for the overall management of the human resources and facilities departments. Juliet has successfully on-boarded over 175 employees and has recovered over $20,000 in employer COBRA benefit premium overpayment within their first 6 months in the role.

Juliet Eichberg has a Master's in Human Resources & Employee Relations from Penn State World Campus, a Certificate in Human Resource Management from the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.A. in English & Theatre (Double Major) from Indiana University Bloomington. Juliet is certified by SHRM as a Society for Human Resource Management-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and by HRCI as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
