Jerry Gerlich

Jerry Gerlich is an experienced engineering professional with extensive background in instrumentation and electrical engineering, particularly in the petrochemical sector. Currently serving as a Senior I&E Engineer in the Reliability Tech Group at Motiva since 2017, Jerry has previously held key positions at Flint Hills Resources as Instrument & Electrical Engineering Team Lead and Senior Instrument Engineer. Jerry's career spans multiple companies, including Petrofac Plant Asset Management, HOVENSA LLC, Al Jubail Petrochemical Company, and Saudi Petrochemical Company, where roles included consultancy, supervision, and technical support. With strong expertise in technician training, project support, and operational efficiency, Jerry has contributed significantly to various projects throughout a career beginning in 1977 with Dow Chemical.
