Patrick Bias

Patrick Bias currently serves as the Vice President of Major Projects at Motiva Enterprises LLC, where responsibilities include the safe and efficient delivery of a major capital projects portfolio. Previously, Patrick held the position of Vice President of Engineering and Major Projects - Americas at Albemarle Corporation, overseeing a $14 billion capital projects portfolio while leading M&A due diligence. Prior roles include Vice President of Corporate Engineering, Projects, & Technical Supply Chain at NOVA Chemicals, where leadership expanded to include joint ventures and M&A activities, as well as significant project management experience at INEOS Olefins & Polymers USA, and BP America Chemicals Company. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Southern University and A&M College.
