Isa-Maria Bergman

Isa-Maria Bergman has a diverse work experience in the field of environmental protection and sustainable procurement. Isa-Maria initially worked as a Policy Adviser at the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency from 1999 to 2007. After that, they joined The Finnish Environment Institute as a Coordinator for Nordic Working Groups from 2007 to 2008. Later, they joined Motiva, where they held various roles including Senior Adviser from 2008 to 2014, Head Of Unit from 2016 to 2018, Group Lead from 2014 to present, and most recently, as Director Impact Management and Procurement from August 2022. Isa-Maria also served as the Coordinator of the National Competence Centre for Sustainable and Innovative Public Procurement from 2018 to present and as the Director of Circular Economy and Sustainable Procurement from 2018 to August 2022.

Isa-Maria Bergman has a Master's degree in Political Science from Åbo Akademi University, with a specialization in International Law. Isa-Maria also holds an LL.M. degree in European and Comparative Law from the University of Helsinki.
