Giuliano Balletta

Giuliano Balletta is an experienced professional in operational planning and management within the aviation and logistics sectors. Currently serving as Head of Operational Planning/CX at CCR S.A. since September 2021, Giuliano has previously held significant roles at GRU Airport, including Head of Security and Terminal Operations, where responsibilities included overseeing operational performance, data analysis, and the successful project management of the Operations Control Centre for the 2014 World Cup. Prior experience encompasses consultancy roles at Accenture focusing on process improvement and project management, along with logistical operations management at Jas Forwarding.
