Nicholas Barr

Nicholas Barr has extensive experience in operations management and continuous improvement across various industries. Currently serving as Warehouse Manager at Motivair by Schneider Electric since October 2025, Nicholas previously held the role of Sr. Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager at Cascades, where responsibilities included overseeing quality control and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Prior roles include Raw Material Scheduler and Operational Excellence Manager at Brill, Inc., where Nicholas was a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt trained Project Manager focused on process efficiency and production monitoring. Nicholas's career also encompasses supervisory roles in maintenance and production across diverse companies, including Goodyear, Praxair, and Carriage House Companies, as well as military service in the US Navy as an Electrician's Mate. Academic qualifications include an Associate of Science in Nuclear Engineering Technology from the US Navy Nuclear Power School and a Bachelor of Applied Science from Excelsior University.
