Justin J. Johnson is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in technology product management and leadership. As the Founder and CEO of Motivate since 2024 and previously at MightyRep from 2022 to 2024, Justin successfully led both companies, with MightyRep being acquired by Blue Agave Solutions. Justin's advisory roles include Executive Advisor at Selltis CRM (2022-2023) and Senior Advisor at Revalize (2021-2022). As Founder and CEO of LeadMethod, Inc. from 2015 to 2021, Justin facilitated its acquisition by Revalize, and held significant roles at Russell Investments and PayScale, Inc., both of which were acquired by notable firms.
