Josh Williams

Josh Williams has had an extensive work history, starting in 1998 as a Manager on the Performance Improvement Team at Conseco, where they managed general ledger balancing and served as the Functional Project Manager for the Life Insurance Division. From 2000 to 2004, they worked as the Vice President of Strategic Planning at The College Network, overseeing product development and new business development. Josh then moved on to Harcourt Achieve as Vice President of Business Development, focusing on improving communications and increasing efficiency. From 2005 to 2011, they worked at the National Education Alliance as the Senior Vice President of Community Relations and as a consultant. At InsideTrack from 2011 to 2016, they held the position of Associate Vice President of Program Development. Josh then served as Vice President of Partnerships at ClearScholar from 2016 to 2018, where they facilitated student safety and engagement. After ClearScholar was acquired by Civitas Learning, they became the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Civitas Learning, helping colleges and universities improve their data usage. Most recently, they held the position of Managing Director of Partner Development at EAB, where they assisted education leaders in addressing their challenges and optimizing enrollment marketing and financial aide. Currently, they are the Vice President of Higher Education at Motivations AI's division, TruMotivate, which specializes in narrative-based assessments.

Josh Williams obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Hanover College from 1993 to 1996. Josh then pursued a Master's degree in Leadership from Duquesne University, which they completed from 2000 to 2002.
