Tim Yee

Tim Yee has a strong background in ministry and leadership roles. Tim is currently Vice President of Ministry and Mission at Motivations AI, where they help faith leaders by utilizing the TruCenter assessment and associated tools. Prior to this, they served as Senior Pastor at Carmel Presbyterian Church and led the congregation in serving the Monterey Peninsula. Tim also worked at Fuller Theological Seminary, supporting the Brehm Center and contributing to the Max De Pree Center for Leadership. Tim Yee was previously the Senior Pastor at Union Church of Los Angeles, where they established a dynamic congregation and mentored leaders towards community engagement. Before that, they served as Missions and Outreach Pastor at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, overseeing a $2 million department and organizing a large annual Serve Day event. Tim began their career at Bel Air Presbyterian Church, where they directed contemporary worship and mentored young leaders.

Tim Yee has a diverse educational background with a focus on theology, ministry, education, and mathematics. Tim attended Dos Pueblos High from 1984 to 1988. Tim then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree with a specialization in Computer Programming at UCLA from 1988 to 1993. Tim continued their education at UCLA and obtained a Masters degree in Education with CLAD certification from 1992 to 1994. Tim then enrolled in Fuller Theological Seminary, where they completed a Masters degree in Divinity from 1996 to 2004. Tim furthered their education at Fuller Theological Seminary, earning a Doctorate degree in Ministry from 2010 to 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Tim Yee also obtained several certifications. In October 2019, they became a TruMotivate Facilitator through TruMotivate. In August 2017, they obtained a Symbis Facilitator certification from SYMBIS Assessment. Furthermore, Tim is scheduled to become a Kaatsu Certified Specialist through KAATSU Global, Inc. in June 2023.
