Ananya Sitlani joined Motive Partners in 2022 and is a People Coordinator based out of the London office. At Motive, Ananya coordinates onboarding and recruitment as well as wider human capital-related tasks.
Prior to joining Motive, Ananya worked at iTech Media as a Talent Operations Specialist. While at iTech Media, Ananya focused on streamlining and automating processes within systems, integrations, and operations. Ananya started her career in data coordination followed by talent operations where she managed stakeholders and provided weekly and quarterly data reports for C-Suite executives. Throughout this experience, Ananya has led on multiple integrations with ATS’s and coordinated upskilling of new team members as well as completing a full stack web development course.
Ananya holds a BSc Psychology degree from Oxford Brookes University.
