Jon Oblinger

Jon Oblinger is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in technology leadership and strategic partnerships. Currently serving as Senior Director and Vice President of Client Partnerships at Motive Power, Inc. since October 2024, Jon previously held the role of Business Partnering Director for Global Functions at Cargill, where strategic leadership was provided for the Human Resource technology roadmap and crisis management during a cyber incident. With a strong IT background, Jon has held multiple senior roles at Target, including Director of ITSM Service Enablement and Global Business Unit Director, where Jon led significant initiatives in service management and disaster recovery. Jon's previous experience includes consulting roles at Siebel Systems and Oracle, as well as early positions in systems analysis. Jon holds dual Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Management Information Systems and Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
