Charlie Wikman

Charlie Wikman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Charlie began their career in 2009 with the United States Marine Corps, where they served as an Infantry Section Leader until 2011. Charlie then took on the role of Scout Sniper Assistant Team Leader from 2011 to 2013, followed by the position of Scout Sniper Team Leader from 2014 to 2015.

In 2016, Charlie joined Oliver Wyman as a Summer Consultant for a short period. Charlie returned to the company in 2018 as a Senior Consultant, where they worked until 2020. During this time, they gained valuable insights and expertise in consulting.

In 2020, Charlie transitioned to Motive Practicing Wisely Solutions, initially joining as the Director of Analytic Products. In 2021, they were promoted to the role of VP of Product Strategy, where they currently serve.
