Mrinalini Debnath

Mrinalini Debnath has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Mrinalini started their career at IBM as a TSR, where they provided first-level support and fixed various issues for employees. Mrinalini then joined Mindtree Ltd. as a Software Engineer, where they provided support for SAP HR and participated in production support. Mrinalini later took on the role of Senior Software Engineer, where they were responsible for SAP HR support and the synchronization of employee data with Active Directory. As a Module Lead at Mindtree, Mrinalini was responsible for implementing change requests and obtaining sign-off from business representatives. Mrinalini also traveled to ADIDAS HQ in Germany to discuss and collect requirements. After Mindtree, Mrinalini worked at Deloitte India as a Consultant, where they gathered client requirements and conducted data extraction, cleaning, and transformation using Python, SQL, and Excel. Currently, they are a Solutions Architect at Motive Practicing Wisely Solutions.

Mrinalini Debnath completed their B.Tech degree in Applied Electronics and Instrumentation of Engineering from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha, from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended St. Margaret's Higher Secondary School, but no specific degree or field of study was mentioned.
