Justin Andrade

Justin Andrade has over 6 years of work experience. In 2020, they began working as a Front End Software Engineer at MotiveMetrics. From 2019 to 2020, they worked at Lambda School in various roles, including Associate Student Leadership Coordinator, Section Lead, and Team Lead. Prior to that, they worked as a Team Leader at Cumberland Farms from 2014 to 2019. As Section Lead for Lambda School, they were responsible for 25 Team Leads and 150 students representing $4 million in max student revenue investment. As Team Lead, they led and facilitated a team of 8 students to learn to code, organized and hosted daily stand-ups, and reviewed and graded students' daily projects.

Justin Andrade attended BloomTech from 2018 to 2020, where they obtained a degree in Full Stack Software Engineering from Lambda School and studied Computer Science.
