Nick Merry has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Nick is currently the CEO of Motivforce Marketing & Incentives, where they foster a culture of excellence and helps their team reach their potential. Prior to this, they served as the Acting CEO and Managing Director - APAC Region at the same company. Additionally, Nick is the founder of A Merry Mind, where they provide life coaching services to help individuals and businesses achieve growth and unlock their potential. Earlier in their career, they held roles such as Head of Strategic Accounts and Key Account Manager at Haymarket Media Group, and Client Account Director at CiEvents - Division of Flight Centre. Nick also served as the Sales Director at TAM Motivational Travel Ltd. and Sales Manager at C I Travel Consultants.

Nick Merry has a Bachelor's Degree (Hons) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Lincoln, which they obtained from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, they received an HND in Business Information Technology from Buckinghamshire New University from 1992 to 1994. Nick also attended The Frederick Gunn School on an English Speaking Union Scholarship from 1990 to 1991. Nick Merry has also completed a Certified Organisational Coach (Level 2) program at the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL by GrowthOps) in 2019. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Organisational Coaching Level 2 Certification from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL) and G Suite Administrator Fundamentals from Coursera.
