Eric R.

Eric R. currently serves as the Data Operations Team Lead at MotivHealth, where leadership of a team of data experts focuses on ensuring data integrity and availability since March 2023. Prior to this role, Eric R. worked at Cactus and Tropicals Inc as a Data Operations Analyst from August 2021 to December 2022, and also held the position of Floral Designer, creating seasonal arrangements for clients in the greater Salt Lake area. In early 2020, Eric R. was a Sales and Marketing Intern at FundHero, engaging in external market outreach and compiling data to assess competitors' responses to the COVID-19 pandemic. Eric R. holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management Information Systems from the University of Utah, obtained in August 2022, and is a graduate of Naperville Central High School.
