Josh Dobbin has a strong background in software engineering and technology roles. Josh most recently served as the Executive Vice President of Technology at MotivHealth since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Arches Health Plan as a Software Architect from August 2013 to November 2015.
Josh also has experience at HealthEquity, where they held the position of Senior Software Engineer from April 2009 to August 2013. During their tenure, they improved server processing applications, implemented SSO integrations, led a team of engineers, and implemented AJAX client pages.
Before joining HealthEquity, Josh worked at SelectHealth as a Software Engineer from January 2006 to April 2009. In this role, they designed, developed, and tested applications, collaborated with business experts to implement technical requirements, designed databases, and troubleshooted complex problems.
Josh began their career as a Business Analyst at Intermountain Healthcare from January 2004 to January 2006.
Josh Dobbin obtained an Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering from Salt Lake Community College from 2004 to 2008. Josh then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the University of Phoenix from 2011 to 2013.
