Michael Konig

Michael Konig has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Michael started their career as a student in the Jim Russell Mechanic Training Program in 2004. After that, they worked as a Front of House Manager and Operations at Fume Bistro & Bar from 2003 to 2011. In 2009, they joined World Class Driving as an Instructor/Guest Relations/Operations staff, where they stayed until 2011. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Front of House Manager and Operations at Il Posto Trattoria. In 2018, they joined Motivo as a Project Manager, responsible for executing product design and engineering projects. Michael then progressed to become a Product Manager at Motivo from 2020 to 2021, leading a team of engineers and technicians. Currently, they are the Business Operations Manager at Motivo, and they will soon take on the role of Director of Business Operations starting in 2024.

Michael Konig has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from The University of Kansas. Michael also has a degree in Industrial Technology Vehicle Design specializing in Automotive Management and Design from Western Washington University. Additionally, they have a general degree in Engineering from Edmonds College.
