Stephen Babin

Stephen Babin is an experienced aviation professional with a diverse background in product management, quality assurance, and production oversight. As the owner of DIVIN Product Management since August 2022, Babin has also served as a product manager at Motivo Engineering and held various leadership roles at Airworthy Aerospace Industries Incorporated and Bolder Manufacturing LLC. Babin's previous experience includes directing production and quality efforts and managing certification projects at Tamarack Aerospace Group, Inc., where essential achievements included developing FAA-approved quality control systems and maintaining critical FAA relationships. Babin's career began as an inspector at Empire Aerospace, focusing on aircraft systems and structure compliance. Babin holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Aviation Maintenance from Lane Community College.
