Michael Lenzie

Michael Lenzie has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Michael currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer / Chief Financial Officer at MOTIVO - Independence by Design since July 2018. Prior to this, they served as a Business Advisor / Fractional CFO for multiple clients starting in January 2018.

From 2013 to 2017, Michael worked at NABCO Entrances, Inc. where they held the roles of President and Chief Financial Officer. During their tenure, they led the company through a major business transformation, implementing SAP and Salesforce, expanding operations, and integrating 9 acquisitions. Under their leadership, the company experienced significant growth and established a strong foundation for future expansion.

Before joining NABCO Entrances, Inc., Michael worked at Aqua-Chem as the Chief Financial Officer / Vice President, Business Development from February 2006 to August 2012. Prior to that, they held various finance roles at Cleaver-Brooks from May 1996 to February 2006, including Division CFO, Director of Finance, Division Controller, and Internal Audit Manager.

Michael's early career includes roles at CNH as an Accounting Analyst and Senior Internal Auditor from June 1993 to May 1996, and at KPMG as an Auditor from October 1989 to June 1993.

Michael Lenzie attended Bishop Gorman High School. Michael then went on to Arizona State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting between 1985 and 1989. Later, Michael Lenzie pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Marquette University from 1993 to 2001.
