Christopher Eads is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support roles. Currently serving as a Senior Help Desk Support Technician at Motley Rice since November 2021, Christopher previously worked at NWN Corporation as a Service Desk Engineer, providing remote support to various sectors, including medical and government. Early career experience includes part-time IT roles at JEM Restaurant Group and experience as a delivery driver at Matt’s Pizza. Beginning in the technology field at Staples as an EasyTech Associate and as a Corporate IT Intern at Blackbaud, Christopher holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Trident Technical College and has a background in Computer Science from Wando High School.
