John Duane

John Duane is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Counsel at Motley Rice LLC since July 2008. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant United States Attorney at the United States Attorney's Office from August 2002 to June 2008 and a Law Clerk for the Honorable C. Weston Houck, Senior United States District Judge, from July 1998 to August 2002. John earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law in 1998 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the College of Charleston, obtained in 1994.
