Liesbeth Vandenrijt

Liesbeth Vandenrijt is a seasoned professional in human resources and psychology with extensive experience since 1998. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Motmans & Partners since January 2015 and as an external chair of the educational council for the Bachelor's program in Applied Psychology at Hogeschool PXL since February 2023, Liesbeth plays a pivotal role in shaping curriculums in psychology. In addition to these roles, Liesbeth is a board member of the Recruitment, Search & Selection Committee at Federgon. Previous positions include Partner HR Consultancy at Motmans-Van Havermaet, Guest Lecturer in Personnel Policy at EHSAL Management School, Financial Administrative Director at Algemeen Ziekenhuis Sint Trudo, and Personnel Director at OPZ Geel.
