Shane Broom

Shane Broom has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Shane started their career at Waitrose, where they held various positions and worked their way up through the ranks. After leaving Waitrose, Shane joined SSP Limited as an Operations Manager in the North and South regions, overseeing a total of 22 stores in railway stations. Shane later became the Head of Region for M&S Simply Food in the UK, managing franchise stores, a new concept called Food on the Move, and a remote warehouse servicing multiple locations.

Shane then moved on to Rail Gourmet, where they served as the Director of UK and Ireland, responsible for key accounts and operations. Shane eventually became the Chief Operating Officer of Rail Gourmet UK Ltd, overseeing logistics and onboard services for thousands of trains.

In 2019, Shane founded their own consultancy called SBCS. Through SBCS, they provided consultancy services in retail, catering, logistics, supply chain, tenders, and interim roles, utilizing their previous experience as a director in the travel sector.

Most recently, Shane worked at Milk & More as the Head of Region and is currently employed as the Head of Operations, Projects at Moto Hospitality.

Shane Broom began their education at Great Marlow from 1985 to 1989. Shane then pursued A levels in various subjects including Business Studies, History, Psychology, and Sociology at Reading College in Bershire from 1996 to 1997. No degree was mentioned for either educational experience.
