Currently serving as Sales Director at MotoNovo Finance since November 2006, Debbie has held various leadership roles, including Head of Motor - Major Accounts and Divisional Manager of the Centralised Sales & Communications Division, focusing on developing sales strategies and new business growth. Previously, Debbie worked as Development Manager at Black Horse Motor Finance from January 2005 to November 2007. In the current role, Debbie leads the National Account Division, supporting major motor dealers and used car supermarkets within the AM Top 100.
