Emily Sobel currently serves as the Senior Manager of Regulatory Policy at MEMA, The Vehicle Suppliers Association, since May 2023. Previously, Sobel worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Cornell University from August 2022 to May 2023 and held several internship positions, including Distributed Organizing Intern at NextGen America, Administrative Intern at Northwell Health, and Campaigns Intern at The Center for Climate Integrity. Emily also gained experience in student leadership as President and Fundraising Coordinator of KnitWits, where initiatives included teaching knitting and crocheting for charity. Other internship experiences include roles with the United States Senate and various political campaigns. Emily holds a Master of Public Administration from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Environmental Studies from Binghamton University.
